"The hotel is good and the room is well equipped. The facilities are modest but sufficient. What really affected my overall impression was the check-in and check-out schedule. Check-in only starts at 3 p.m., while check-out is at 10 a.m. Inside the room there’s a large notice emphasizing the departure time with a “no exceptions” warning. So I woke up on Sunday feeling pressured to leave as quickly as possible, which ended up spoiling my stay."

"We had such a wonderful stay at Tranquility Bay Resort in Marathon, Florida! This was the perfect place for a family getaway. The property is absolutely beautiful — the charming white buildings give it such a clean, coastal feel and everything is so well maintained. Our family especially loved the beach and the pool area.
