"This was a last min weekend getaway, an I absolutely LOVED it the price was reasonable for a last min holiday weekend, very clean, very friendly, the area was quite a peaceful. The town was only 7mins away from the resort were you could shop an eat, as well as seen the history of the town Berkeley springs very beautiful. Would definitely be visiting again."

"Staying at Austin's cabin was just what the doctor ordered. Arrival was a bit delayed due to no cell reception and the gate code not being provided prior to arrival. Once we drove back down the road a bit for a smidge of cell reception, we were able to reach Austin and get the code. The property upon entrance was nice, secluded, and peaceful. Plenty of room inside for 2-4 people and plenty more outside to explore. The fire pit and gas grill were nive bonuses and satellite tv although more used...

"Property was very quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed the hot tub. Saw lots of deer and turkeys. Only issue was the morning we were leaving a maintenance guy and the grass mowing guy showed up around 8 and 9 am. We would have liked to relax before we left, not feel rushed. "

"So glad we got to come & enjoy this lovely home & property! Perfect accomodations our family of 3 while in town for mountain bike race at Cacapon. Owners have the home well stocked, inside & out. There's an outdoor fire pit with kindling & firewood, ready for use. Wish we had more time to spend relaxing at the property during our brief stay."

We drove around the block 2x & finally parked in the funeral home parking lot facing the property before we noticed the double doors that looked like the picture. City fire alarm in the middle of the night was not pleasant. Glad there was a warning about the alarm on the guest welcome sheet.
