"My husband and I booked this place because we wanted to see some sights around Lewisburg and Covington and drive to the Cass scenic Railway about 1.5 hours away . By the way , if you go there, bring a map because you lose GPS when you get closer to it , but highly recommend ! "Place was perfect for our needs. Convenient to multiple places for trout fishing. Enjoyed the river access from the yard. Owner was really responsive and helpful!!! And we have never broken anything on any stays in the past. All in all I would recommend. Bring two vehicles so you can uses the utilize the available boats. Only thing that disappointed us was having to pay for damage insurance and putting a damage deposit. Owner tried to change but wasn't able to remove. Damage deposit was...

"Very nice, very private. Lots of wildlife."

"What a great property!! I just completed the entire Greenbrier River Trail in two days and this was a great spot to stay middle of the trail. Restaurants and in walking distance. House was cozy and had all the amenities one could need. Patricia was great to work with!! Would highly recommend staying here!!"

You feel the history of the property from the moment you step in, and the care the Owners have taken to maintain its authenticity- the kitchen esp is adorable !! Location is phenomenal, you can walk to some of the best restaurants in town plus the bathhouse. The Omni is 10 mins down the road. We'll be back! "
