Getting to and from the home in our rental car was easy; we booked two sailing excursions and dinner reservations that made a rental car necessary. "The house was in a great location on the Tropic of Cancer beach. The house was clean with just some wear by it being on the beach so to be expected. While it didn’t have a microwave we really didn’t need one so it didn’t matter to us at all. But we kept that in mind while shopping. "Very secluded and private - you do need to plan groceries and food ahead of time if cooking 9n own and be prepared to substitute which can be fun if you like to cook. I would not say there are many restaurants to choose from more like small shack/pubs and very casual. The amenities are all here for this house including detergent and plenty of cookware. The pool is fabulous and everything is well stocked. The beach is as close as it gets and there is a small snack shack and bar about 4 doors...

"I can't say enough positive things about this beautiful home. Pool and beach on property were one of the highlights. Perfect if traveling with children. Location of the house is close to the airport, grocery, restaurants and downtown Georgetown. The house itself is clean and has everything you might need for cooking, playing in pool or sitting on the beach. The view from the house is spectacular! Rick, the owner, made everything so easy. All of the furniture and beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were very nice, especially the master with the large walk-in shower. "February Point is a beautiful community with an excellent restaurant, pool, hot tub, and beach area. The home was very spacious and well laid out with some excellent views of the ocean on each floor. The included boat was a game changer. Having the flexibility to use the boat as desired allowed us to explore many places in the Elizabeth Harbor and other areas that we otherwise would not have seen. Would highly recommend!"
