"There truly can't be a more perfect place to stay in the Caribbean, let alone on Exuma. This is our 4th visit to Exuma, and without a doubt, this is the best home we've rented. It is pristine and stocked with everything you could possibly need—right down to an electric corkscrew! The beach is the calmest and most beautiful on the island. "Looking for a beautiful 3 bedroom/ 3 bath BEACHFRONT location on Exuma? LOOK NO FURTHER and book Coconut Breeze! 3 couples had a perfect stay at this home loaded with amenities such as comfy outdoor furniture, covered porch, grassy yard with swaying palm trees, a 2nd covered porch w/ table that seated 6 persons for outdoor dining. Clean BBQ grill. Floats/inner tubes, 2 boogie boards, 6 chaise lounges for sunning -all overlooking the prettiest blue water in the world. The pics on VRBO do not do...

"The house and the location was perfection for my family. The teens loved the two bedrooms downstairs and the upstairs was perfect for my husband and daughter and I. "Wonderful property with a fabulous dock on a saltwater flat. Cottage was tidy and had all of the nececcities one would need. Stellar back porch with fans and a great view. The Wi-Fi worked great during my stay and the AC quickly cooled the unit. The hostess was interesting, engaging and responsive, although I did not need to reach out for any logistical reasons. "The room was clean and comfortable. The beach was amazing and the food and drinks at the restaurant were delicious. The hosts went above and beyond to take care of us, even trying to light a fire to keep the mosquitoes away while we ate outside. They were also very kind and let us leave our bags in the room after check out while we went on an excursion. I would definitely recommend this property, especially if you are on a budget."

"Exactly like the photos, very clean and well maintained. Kitchen had all the cooking tools we needed. It was awesome having two washer/dryers. We also appreciated having the generator bc we lost power on the last day. "

"We had the pleasure of staying at KPOW and Blessings on the bay over Thanksgiving week. We had 17 people so the option to have two houses rigjt next door was perfect. The houses are beautiful. "Love this home! Loved we had a beach that we could just walk out into the ocean! Kids loved the pool,there was everything you need for pool and beach time! we loved the roof top with fire box! 2 washers and dryers were used daily! Will differently stay here again! "

"The property was exactly as pictured and you can find yourself exploring the island or stay in. Your own ocean seemingly awaits a few stairs and a short walk from your door. Only issue for us was the Exuma maintenance of roads and street directly to and from the property. Make sure to get an SUV or Jeep for this stay. "

"This was a nice house private house with private and secluded beach access. The house was well appointed but a bit cluttered. Too much furniture and the kitchenware was dated but it had a cozy feel. There was an odd musty smell that with us for the week probably due to the AC leaking and soaking the dining room rug, property manager was alerted and didn’t seem too concerned. We had a nice time and a comfortable stay but the house was priced too high and wasn’t as well kept as pictures showed....

The layout of the villa was thoughtfully designed, making it both functional and luxurious – truly a home away from home. "Highly recommend Lilium Villa's, a great value. My husband and I have stayed here five times now. We love it...always clean, simple, comfortable, perfect location and beautiful views(for a great price). The owner Demetri is a very gracious host who aims to please. We appreciated the latest upgrades as well...nice cold AC added to the living area, new patio furniture and a new Weber grill. The fresh paint looks great too. "Foi boa, só não foi ótima devido ao quarto em relação aos demais do hotel ser mais antigo onde o ar condicionado central (antigo) pifou na última noite. Ainda bem que tinha ventiladores instalados nos cômodos."
