The only thing I would suggest is to have a tv in the main living area you could use your personal streaming device. Only one bedroom had a tv you could stream channels. "We loved our stay. First-floor unit, easy to get in and out. The place was roomy, comfortable, stylish, and clean. The location can't be beat! We will definitely stay here again. "We stayed here before heading to a wedding in Baltimore to see the area. The house is located in a neighborhood close to the beach and center of town so we did some shopping and lots of eating. The house is very well appointed and stocked. Furniture and beds were very comfortable. Would definitely come back again "

"Great quiet location near the ferry that allows pets. Very close to Rehoboth and Bethany boardwalks for our pre-teen. The place is clean with pet sensible furnishing. I read the other reviews about out-dated furniture but I wouldn’t expect luxury carpeting/furniture at a pet friendly beach rental. We saw dolphins several times throughout our stay, both at the beach and from the porch. Just great to be steps away from a quiet beach! "

"Always love the Atlantic Sands and always make it my go to for off-season visits to Rehoboth Beach. A great hotel that's well maintained and staff that's always helpful and cheerful. Rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious too and in a very short walk you are in downtown with lots of restaurants, shopping and of course, the beach! Highly recommend this hotel as I've been staying here for 40 years. . "
