"Excellent value for money. Staff warm and welcoming. Breakfast was to a very high standard and freshly prepared. Convenient location. Hard to fault as there was a real sense of generosity. Would definitely recommend. As a Coeliac I found the staff well aware of the condition and I felt safe eating the breakfasts, which added greatly to the quality of the stay. "

"Visited over Christmas/ new year period. Owners & staff were excellent, nothing is too much trouble. Room and en-suite kept spotless, Guest House is located within 15 mins walking distance of Keswick centre, and is located in a picturesque and nice quiet spot. Breakfasts were very good. Will definitely stay again."

"Just had a lovely stay for 2 nights, can’t fault it really pleased with our choice of accommodation. Parked on the road outside the first night then parked in a gated car park for the b&b on the second night. "

"I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The hosts were fantastic – attentive and welcoming – and the breakfast was delicious. The rooms were clean and tidy, though a little on the small side. Parking was straightforward, which made the experience even more convenient."

"Fabulous Hotel. So warm comfortable and welcoming. Rooms were high standard. Bath with jets was lovely after a walk. Breakfast....too much to eat and so delicious! Staff attentive and friendly. "

"Absolutely amazing. Could not ask for more. I proposed to my girlfriend then stayed in this hotel, magical, romantic, glass of prosecco on arrival, breakfast was outstanding with love heart shape fried bread, we couldnt of asked for more and we will 100% be back "

"Lovely friendly place to stay. Paula was very welcoming, and the room was immaculate, and clean. We had breakfast and it was lovely, plenty to choose from and paula cannot do enough for you on your stay. Thanks guys for your hospitality we will be back."

"A lovely place run by a very nice couple. They prioritised cleaning our room to ensure we could check in early to get ready for a wedding. We had a cozy double and although small was great for a one night stay. The bed was comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. The breakfast was amazing too. All in all, a lovely place to stay (with the added advantage of onsite parking in the centre of Windermere) "
