"This guest house is very well run. The manager is obviously very keen to ensure that his guests have an enjoyable stay. The room we stayed in was large, clean and the beds comfortable. The breakfast was cooked to order, but also cereals and continental breakfast available too. The guesthouse is convenient for Windermere centre, approx 5 minutes walk to the bars and restaurants, but in a quieter back road. "
