"Great stay in Venice. Excellent location near beach and restaurants. Convenient parking, free use of bikes and beach items like chairs and towels. You can get the toiletries tou need whenever you need them. Nice, heated pool. Smart tvs logged into streaming services for quick use. Full kitchen with full fridge, stove, dishwasher etc. They have thought of just about everything a traveling family may need to have a great trip."

"This was a really great find. Comfortable beds, close to beach and easy access back to the airport. Only issue was a lot of animal hair was left behind, but easy fix with the vacuum. If we return for vacation we’ll stay again! "

"Great condo with a quick walk to the beach and a beautiful view of the sunset. Condo was clean with the exception of ceilings fans & coffee maker. Also we could very clearly hear conversations in the condo next to us when we were in the living room area. Communication with owner was great. Very responsive and friendly! Would stay here again."

"We absolutely loved our bungalow and Lisa was the best. Unfortunately hurricane Helene blessed us with a visit. We made the decision to stay since the eye was in the panhandle. Bad decision. Lisa made sure we were safe and moved us to another property on higher ground and made arrangements for us to get off the island the day after. Above and beyond. Thank you for everything!"

"Found a little piece of paradise"

"Really nice cottage. It is clean and comfortable with nice decorations and a private garden. The location is very convenient to places in Sarasota. Lynne and Doug are great hosts. From the things they prepared and arranged in the cottage and around, you can tell that they are very considerate of their guests. Communication with them was very easy. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend their cottage to anyone! "

"We had the best day. The house went above and beyond and preparing this property after the recent devastating hurricane. Everything was impeccably done, we could not have asked for better accommodations. The location is ideal, only brought from the beach. The only sad part is that the real pier was destroyed. We plan to return to this wonderful property soon."

"We had a group of 9 friends staying here and had a great time. Plenty of room for everyone and having a bathroom per bedroom was a plus. The convenience of the beach was great and the pool was central to a lot of our time together. As others have noted, the construction next door was ongoing but we tuned it out after a bit - they seemed to work 7a-3p daily. There were more/better accommodations than expected based on the description - they supplied all the towels (including beach towels),...

"We stayed here for a soccer tournament in Sarasota. The hosts were responsive when we had questions and all that good stuff. Some places were closed because of the hurricanes, but that was expected.All in all it was a good stay. "

"The property looked exactly like the photos. It was clean, in a very quiet neighbourhood close to the beach & some good restaurants. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen could have done with more stock (there were 8 of us staying & not enough crockery or cutlery) but wasn’t a huge issue. We loved the location & how quiet it was, so would definitely stay again."
