"I love that this property is right on the beach. We were there over Christmas. The property was not fully booked, so it was fairly quiet. The Gulf was too cold for us, but we enjoyed using the the provided lounge chairs to relax on the beach. Lots of shelling to do. Not a lot of people at this time. Pool was not a bad temperature and was clean. The property looks like an old motor lodge, but they have kept it nice. Our room did not have a lot of updates, but it was sufficient. "The unit was in the perfect location right on the main strip so of course it was noisy at night. The unit had plenty of space and it was very clean. "

"The home home was clean and for me, ideally located between my dad’s home and Siesta key beach,. I come down from Michigan to visit my dad and family 2 times a year, staying in various rentals. It is comfortable and parking right in front of the rental makes unloading of suit cases convenient. My interaction with Sheri, the host. Was very pleasant and most helpful! I will be scheduling my next trip down in the spring and will be staying here, again!"

"Property was an excellent location right beside the beach and plenty to do within walking distance. Perfect for a stay as a couple, plenty of space and good amenities. Fresh water outside to wash the sand off was a nice addition as well and much needed. We contacted the property management about possibly being able to enter the property about 20 minutes early and were told no, even though no one was working in or around the unit. So don't expect to be able to arrive a moment too early. My...

"Had a wonderful 3 night get-away with my hubby. Location was amazing. Much quieter beach spot than down at the main public beaches. Anna Maria is a really fun island to explore. Saw a baby sea turtle, some baby manatees, fireworks, beautiful sunsets and a gorgeous rainbow on our last morning. Host was great and property was well equipped for our short stay."

"Steps from the sand...and from the trolley. The trolley will take you from one end to the other on the island. Great little condo with all the necessities you need for an enjoyable beach trip. 💛"

"The host of this property is amazing. I had to reschedule this booking last minute. It was past the cancellation date. She allowed me to move it to a later date. I texted with her several times over the next few months. She always responded. The rental was exactly as it was presented. Cute little apartment very well stocked and clean. Super close to everything we wanted to do. We went to St Armand's circle and Lido beach. Would definitely stay here again. "

"We always like staying here. The condo has a nice outdoor porch overlooking the main drag. The bedroom is nice a dark for sleeping. Super convenient to everything. Safe. The only thing I would say negative is that the internet can be spotty at times. "

"Sue worked very hard on restoring this property after the hurricanes. It was beautiful on the inside. It was very spacous with all new furnishings. The location is within walking distance to the beach, food, drinks, and shopping. The only downside was having to leave. We cannot recommend this place enough."
