"Knowing nothing about the city, I was thrilled with the location of this charming apartment. We left our town temporarily after Helene, and it was great to park the car and walk to all the coffee shops and restaurants. The host made it easy to arrive; the info and keys we needed were right where he said. The decor and arrangements are accurate reflected by the photos in the listing. We stayed a week, worked remotely, and felt pleased with the stay."

"We just loved our 16 days here. Marza and Reid are incredible hosts. The apartment was very cleaned, very good size, great king size bed, lots of hot water for a shower/bath . I cooked almost every night so kitchen had everything we needed. We had Thanksgiving holiday here. I loved walking in the nice neighborhood and could walk to see Lake Norman. I loved the small touches of a starter of coffee, a bottle of wine and some small candy treats. They really pay attention to detail. Just loved it. "

We arrived late into the night and were able to easily gain access to the property with access codes and an electronic door lock. "This place had all of the convenience of home and then some. Beautiful sun room that overlooks the pool area and river. Our stay was short so we did not get a chance to use the hot tub but it was sanitized and ready to go. Very nice neighborhood. Kevin was very quick to respond and super accommodating.
