"My friends and I stayed at this apartment for a week and it was a great experience. The check-in process was pretty easy, and apartment looks just as shown in the pictures. "This property is excellent for a fun-loving group with plenty of entertainment options and 4 rooms with a total of 10 beds (1 king, 5 doubles and 4 twins) to accommodate a large gathering of friends and family. The rental price was very reasonable, but I found the fees, taxes and property damage insurance to be a bit high (adding another 160% above the rental fee). The request for a substantial hold on my credit card to cover potential damages was especially concerning, so I added the property...

"We had a great stay here over the holidays while in PA to see family. The space was comfortable and large. Parking was easy and Dave responded quickly to our questions and provided everything we needed to be comfortable. We did not really use the kitchen so can’t speak to the appliances but it was a good size and had what we needed. Although near the train, we hardly heard it - just a rumble here and there and an occasional whistle but it was not loud. We could hear people in the other units but...

"O apartamento e confortável e espaçoso porém barulhento e num local um pouco perigoso. Não tem elevador e são vários lances de escada. O banheiro estava um pouco sujo e o chuveiro era bem fraco. Os responsáveis foram bem receptivos porém enviavam e-mails para preenchimentos de formulários chatos. "

"This place was great! Clean, lots of great color and decorating, full shared kitchen with high end appliances. I should mention that there are stairs and no elevator which I didn't mind but just something to be aware of. Overall great experience "
