"We had an amazing 2 night stay in Lynton and couldn’t have picked a better guesthouse . Drew and Penny are fantastic hosts and clearly care about keeping guests happy , they have a great knowledge of the local area and nothing was too much trouble The house interior looks fantastic and is a credit to their hard work renovating the property . "Russel and Nicky made us feel very welcome and at home , the breakfast are amazing and worth a revisit alone ! The room was clean and tidy , the en-suite was spacious and the views from our windows over the river were great . We had bedroom 3 and the river runs directly outside and the sounds and views of the river are very relaxing . We would highly recommend to anyone wanting a lovely quiet peaceful break with lovely walks right on your doorstep.. we will be back for sure "

"Beautifully situated within easy walking distance of shops/walks/harbour and beach. Room 16 was small, which is expected in an old building, but was characterful with great sea view. The thick walls made it very cool on a scorching day. Only downside was bath could do with a shower curtain and car park gets very busy and is 5 min walk. Enjoyed the food in the restaurant both at breakfast and dinner. Would stay again."

"Beautiful room, interaction with owners was polite and minimal and we felt comfortable during our stay, met the owner in person when leaving and she was very lovely. Information of the surrounding area was available in the room which we found really useful. Lovely location and really central. Great choice for food and drink"

"Wonderfully located just near the harbor with plenty of restaurants within walking distance, we got a solid start on the day with the delicious and hearty cooked to order breakfast. It's just steps to the South West Coastal Path for short or long hikes and a nice swimming beach close by.
