"Our issue was not with The Suites at Hershey but with the booking. We booked in February for a stay in July. Two days before we were to check in, we got a call from VRBO saying that our four-night reservation had been canceled because they couldn't reach the owner of the unit we were meant to stay in. They were able to re-book a different unit at the same property, but it was for just two nights. The communication during this process was terrible. "We have stayed at many nice VRBOs but this is by far the best. In many VRBOs, the pictures look great and the space isn’t quite as nice. There is no way to do this space justice, even with professional photography.This classic urban second floor condo is spacious at 3,000 square feet.
