"The property is beautiful! Alan made the checkin so easy and was very helpful leading up to our trip. There were 3 families. 6 adults and 6 children. More than enough space for all of us to spread out. The kids loved the little hide away under the stairs. And the adults enjoyed the big kitchen and living room. We shared lots of memories! Will definitely come back! "

"house is in a very quiet and convenient location. interior is a bit dated but very usable. had a small mix-up on check-in but the host was very responsive. kitchen stock was the usual VRBO mix of but adequate. a few more wine glasses would have been nice. overall a pleasant experience. "

"Older rental with general signs of wear and tear but clean and comfortable. Close to all local attractions, especially easy during off season. Recommend a good carpet clean and blinds in kitchen for privacy, but otherwise a good deal for location and space. "

"The house was great. Very well stocked. Everything we needed for the beach the Ac worked great. Definitely recommend this home for a large family , plenty of room."

"Overall the house and neighborhood were nice. The cleaning is lacking. There was visible mold, spider webs and dust in multiple places inside…we’re not particularly fussy about things but it was significant. The pullout bed had debris in it. We had spiders in the beds and ants in the kitchen and on the porch. On a positive note, the proximity to the trolley was great and the house would otherwise suit our needs for our family including a bunch of kids to get together. "

"At first glance, everything appeared to be in decent order. The more we unpacked and established ourselves is when the dirt, dust and cobwebs appeared. The closet door that appeared to cover the HVAC unit had fluffy tufts of dust and dirt stuck to the slats. The counters were greasy. There was residual food left in the bottom of the kitchen trashcan. The shower curtain had mold, dirt and hair stuck to it - I just went ahead and bought a new one and replaced it. We were sent a "skip the check in"...

"We had such a wonderful time staying at this property. The bedrooms/bathrooms/family room and downstairs layout were so perfect for our group of family friends with lots of teens! We used all the areas - including the outside carport and deck. The kitchen was really well stocked, and so were the towels/sheets etc. Caroline was a wonderful and responsive host - we didn’t have any issues, just a question or 2 and she responded immediately. We would stay here again! "

"Beautiful home with minor inconveniences and issues. Furniture was just adequate. Screens on porch needed mended or replaced. Tv was plugged into a switched outlet which took us a while to figure out and on a narrow stand which led to some fear of it falling. Great things were that there is a trolley that will take you into town as well as parking passes if you choose to drive in. Quiet development"

"Maravilhoso hotel, novíssimo, bem localizado, com mobília e decoração de excelente gosto. Atendente foi muito prestativa e simpática. Quarto king espaçoso, bonito e confortável, banheiro amplo com box de vidro. Por ser novo não haviam muitos reviews, fico feliz por ter arriscado, vale muito a pena."
