"We were greeted with a lovely warm welcome, and showed to our room which was spotlessly clean, if rather small, but perfectly good for a one night stay. Decor/furnishings/breakfast room really nicely done. There was lots of choice for breakfast (vegan options well stocked), however the was no 'full English'. Parking was road-side round the corner, but still within 50 metres."

"What a fantastic getaway, we were met upon arrival although the details for getting into the property were emailed, i missed it! When we got in, there was a welcome gift of some lovely scones and clotted cream which was just the cherry on top as the accomodation was beutifull. "Grove and Pablo were perfect hosts, they couldn’t do enough to make our stay perfect. The stunning Georgian property is 15 minutes from Penzance and 10 minutes from Newlyn which was lovely and has lots of good restaurants. Breakfast was amazing with lots to choose from and all home made by Pablo including the bread, pastries and the delicious savoury muffins. We had a wonderful, relaxing break. "
