"This property was amazing. It did not disappoint. There was a wonderful view over Porthminster Beach. This exceptionally clean apartment was 5 star - such attention to detail including a lovely welcome pack. Thank you. Would definitely recommend. The only thing that might be an issue for some people. There is no lift and being the Penthouse on the third floor there are quite a few stairs to climb. The communication with the management company was excellent too. "

"The stay was lovely, the location was superb, just a short stroll from the Beach and a small convenience store. The house itself on the whole was good, although the kitchen utensils and plates were all very dirty and needed washing before use and the shower is impossible for anyone over the height of 5ft with a connection lead not long enough to extend țhe shower height. The property smelt a little of damp and dogs on arrival, as someone allergic to dogs this wasn’t the best welcome. Having...

"Great cosy place. Only disappointment was no toiletries when we arrived - we had to go to the shop and buy hand soap! 10% off pub nextdoor - food was ok, decent portions. Room was VERY warm. We turned thermostat off but still needed to open the front door at 1am to get some air. Bed is ok. Bring your own pillows! We had rubbish weather and found tv too small to watch anything. Luckily we bought our laptop. "

"We came to Cornwall in November and this apartment gave us a perfect base to explore. We had a great parking space in front of the building. The apartment is also within minutes of the train station and a bus station. We walked to the beach at Carbis Bay, walked along the coast from St. Ives, went to Tintagel, Mousehole and the Merry Maidens stone circle, explored Penzance, all in one weekend. Beautiful panoramic views over Carbis Bay , private entrance onto beautiful, woodland trail to Carbis Bay ( taking approximately 20 minutes to beach) Beautiful comfortable master bedroom - with access to balcony . "A really lovely place to stay with everything we needed. Perfect location for exploring the far west of Cornwall and our l planned visit to the Minack. Friendly host who kindly found some picture books for our 4year old to enjoy during her stay. Super view out of the window- there’s always something to watch in the harbour or in Mounts Bay. Definitely plan to return. "

"Our stay was excellent, the apartment was tidy and had sufficient space for persons. The view was lovely and we very much appreciated the welcome box! Also the general information that was provided was useful. Only disadvantage was that that tumble dryer in the apartment did not work, luckily there was a back-up one for general use. One small remark: during booking it was not clear that it was a multiple apartment building."
