"This is a great hotel! The staff is very polite and friendly! We would like to mention Tecora and Lawerence in particular for their outstanding customer service and kindness! The rooms are clean, the bed was so comfy, the breakfast was excellent and the location can’t be beat. We were able to walk everywhere in downtown Greenville right from the hotel. The parking garage is attached to the hotel and very user friendly too. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in Greenville! "

I needed one more blanket, it was bedtime, the front desk told me to go down and get. Did not go, and slept without it. The blackout curtain did not work- we only found out when it was sleep time - wanted to sleep more, but it was bright inside the bedroom. "An easy walk to Falls Park on the Reedy and all the restaurants and shops that surround it. Next time I’ll plan on renting a bike and cruising all the wonderful trails that surround this charming property. "
"Our whole experience was wonderful. Checked in on the app, valet parking was a breeze, and getting our key was quick and seamless! We were in town for a concert and were impressed with the accommodations. The room was perfect and spotless! My only complaint would be the pillows were flat. The breakfast buffet was delicious.
