The space
Nestled among the trees of a quiet cul-de-sac in the desirable North Shore neighborhood, a private driveway leads you to your perfect Lake Arrowhead getaway. This spacious 3,800+ sq ft home boasts unmatched lake and mountain views ideal for vacationing families and friends to enjoy time together.
With 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 2 expansive lakeside decks, and a large game room, every guest will quickly find their favorite go-to spot (and may have an impromptu race to get there!).
Vista Del Lago is a tri-level home that uses every opportunity to showcase the nature surrounding it. From the living room's expansive sliding glass doors to a kitchen sink view that may even make your teen a dish-washer volunteer, there's no shortage of natural light and breathtaking sights in this home away from home.
MAIN LEVEL
The entry level is inviting, bright, and features an open floorplan that is perfect for gatherings. The main deck bathes this cozy room in sunlight, while allowing you to enjoy the stunning views from the warmth and comfort of home. Catch an afternoon football game on the 60" smart TV with Bluetooth soundbar or snuggle up on the large L-section for movie night and a fire.
As you pass through the airy dining room, a well-equipped kitchen allows you to cook to your heart's content. The chef in your family will appreciate the efficiency of 2 large ovens, double sink with a view, dishwasher, and other stainless-steel appliances. A generous island makes the perfect meal prep space, breakfast bar, or mimosa station. You'll have everything you need to prepare your favorite meals thanks to the well-stocked walk-in pantry!
On the same floor, you’ll also find a BEDROOM with its own access to a shared full bathroom and large walk-in closet. Wood flooring and the surrounding tree scenery sets the mood for a perfect morning wake-up call each day of your stay.
MAIN LEVEL DECK
Branching off the entire lake side of the house, a sprawling deck overlooks all of Lake Arrowhead and the majestic mountains of the San Bernardino National Forest. The perfect spot to savor your morning coffee, perform a sun salutation, or wind down the evening over the fire pit, you'll discover that lake time really does move differently when surrounded by Vista Del Lago's scenery.
A comfortable seating arrangement is the place to be for bird watching, sunbathing, or simply enjoying the view. Then, at night, illuminate the railing guard's lights to create a cozy atmosphere that makes you think "life is good."
UPPER LEVEL
It’s game night at Vista Del Lago! After taking the stairs to the upper level, you enter a spacious GAME ROOM that begs for some friendly competition. Whether it’s doubles at foosball, singles at ping-pong, or a round of darts, every family member can take turns calling the next game. We also have tons of boardgames and puzzles for those looking to spice up the competition.
On this upper level, you’ll also find a TV, plenty of toys, and a telescope to gaze at the stars. A children’s tent also allows your little ones’ imaginations to run wild after a day of adventuring in nature.
Whether the game room becomes the kids’ room, or adults wanting in on the fun, this is easily one of the most popular spots in the house!
LOWER LEVEL
The lower level of the home guarantees well-deserved R&R after exploring all that Lake Arrowhead has to offer. With 3 bedrooms, family and friends can spread out in their private cocoon. A Jack-and-Jill bathroom conjoins 2 bedrooms, each with their own vibe.
ONE BEDROOM features tree scenery where a Steller's Jay may drop in for an aerial visit. This bright blue bird has a black, crested head and is a Lake Arrowhead local!
The SECOND BEDROOM has stunning lake views and may have required a win during yesterday's game night! This bedroom has direct access to the lower-level deck, which allows you to start the day in complete serenity.
Finally, the PRIMARY BEDROOM takes up the right-wing of the lower level. Expansive, full of light, and featuring a romantic fireplace, this calming haven is your intimate getaway within the rest of the house. The primary bathroom allows you to soak up views quite literally from your large jacuzzi bathtub and cheers to a successful family vacation.
LOWER-LEVEL DECK
Take on a new day with soothing scenery away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. On the lower-level deck, you’ll get stunning views with more privacy than the main level deck that is accessible to the whole house. This lower-level deck has only two points of entry: the primary bedroom and the lakeside guest bedroom.
