"We came down for five to celebrate my birthday and the owner really make us feel welcome! First we make the reservation one day before we were scheduled to be there and he was able to accommodate us. The villa was in great condition. Everything worked, plenty of kitchen utensils, clean and only a five minute walk to the beach!! But what make it even more greater was that Mr. Jim stayed in contact with us to see how we were doing! I could go on and on, but I think I have wrote enough for now....

"Nice property and very clean!! Beds are comfortable. Beach is close. All you could want to take to the beach is provided. Bike Doctor came in clutch! Biking on the beach was amazing! Kitchen had everything you needed to prepare a meal. Front courtyard with table was good for gathering. The property was quiet and relaxing! The pool was closed for repairs, but the owner made it right. Overall this is a 10/10!! Will recommend and stay again! Our family enjoyed ourselves! "

"This property is beautiful and spacious! Plenty of room for my husband, son (2 year old), and parents. We appreciated how fully equipped the kitchen is, the second floor laundry, and access to beach equipment among many other amenities. The neighborhood is quiet and family friendly. The location is close enough to walk or drive to the beach. The owner is very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Highly recommend!"
