3/2 in The Village of Rio Ranchero

This 3BR, 2BA house, in The Village of Rio Ranchero, will provide you with a relaxing and restful vacation! Located on the third hole of the Del La Vista Golf Course. Enjoy the numerous pools, golf courses, pickleball courts, and recreation centers. After your rest, climb aboard the golf cart Villager-style, and cruise on down to Spanish Springs or Lake Sumter Squares for live music every night, restaurants, bars, shops - just pure entertainment here!

The Subdivision is an adult community designed to provide housing for persons fifty-five (55) years of age or older. All homes that are occupied must be occupied by at least one person who is at least fifty five (55) years of age. No person under nineteen (19) years of age may be a permanent resident of a Home, except that persons below the age of nineteen ( 19) years may be permitted to visit and temporarily reside for periods not exceeding thirty (30) days in total in any calendar year period.

Golf Cart Fee is $50 at the time of booking.

The Golf Cart is a bonus/privilege and requires a Hold Harmless form to drive. if selected. If you choose to use the golf cart, you will need to date and fill in your home address on the front page and sign the back page of the Hold Harmless Agreement. You will find the Hold Harmless Agreement inside the booklet when you arrive at the property. We cannot guarantee usage in the event of a mechanical or tire issue while we await vendor repairs.

Beautiful House / Good Location
Sadly, I needed to book a house last minute for a death in the family. The house was in a great location, clean, and had everything you would need for your stay. Since I booked the house under 24 hours, I wasn't 100% sure if the house was ready upon arrival, I messaged the host, but didn't receive a response. They had sent the check in materials automatically at booking, which everything seemed to work fine. That said, when I needed to see about extending my stay, the host was extremely responsive and supportive. I was able to extend without any problems and they were supper accommodating. A couple small notes: 1) the exterior of the house could use work. The weeds were over taking the sidewalk up to the front door, which was a bit of bother. 2) the garage door opener didn't always work. Since I was having trouble with it, I ended up not using the garage as I would have liked. 3) There was a golf cart in the garage, but no keys to the cart. Where it was parked in the garage made it to where you could only fit a small compact car in the garage.

Convenient to square
Cute property. Nice location, close to SS square and rec center, family pool, shopping, etc. Home was very clean, well stocked w/towels, bedding, kitchen supplies. Hot tub and dishwasher were not available to use. Mgr was responsive with questions re:heat. Bring your own pillows!Wish recliners were on site. Comfortable/clean/safe area.

Good stay with some challenges
We very much enjoyed our stay at this home. The house was very clean, well appointed, had a nice golf view, and was very close to both Spanish Springs & Lake Sumter Landing. Also, the layout was well done, the bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen had many convenient incidental extras including saran wrap / foil, tupperware, tape, batteries for the remote, etc. A few items though could have been better. Our biggest issue was that the dishwasher had a "do not use" sticky note. Didn't appreciate having to do dishes on vacation nor the lack of a heads up that it was broken / when it would be fixed. This was a definite negative to the stay. Beyond that, we had a few issues with communication. Prior to our visit we inquired about 2 items (a Keurig coffee maker & patio chairs). There was no definitive answer on either question, so we ended up bringing both with us only to find out that both were supplied. After arrival there was no info, nor could we find the golf car key with the house information, keys, garage door remote. This required us reaching out to find out where it was hidden. Given that the paperwork was all completed prior to arrival, the keys should have also been available for golf car use that evening. On the plus side, we arrived a couple hours early and were graciously allowed to enter which we did appreciate!

The house is beautiful. Quiet neighborhood, lots of amenities around. Close to everything. Very clean and well taken care of. Well worth the money. Will definitely stay again next time we travel down.

Great location, great neighbors, i am glad we brought our pillows because the ones they had were not
Great location, great neighbors, pillows were not good. We did bring our own. Recently remodeled. Great Lani. Patio chairs and table can use an upgrade. We saw lots of wildlife which was great. Close to sumpter and spanish springs. Golf cart was a bonus. Thank you
