"When we arrived this house (or "camp" as they say) was clean, well-stocked, has a quality about it, and has an awesome view of a slow-moving river. It took a very still night with calm water for a flashlight to penetrate the water enough to see a single alligator swimming. There are mosquitoes around, but don't spoil an evening on the Adirondack chairs looking out over the river. The camp is well built but does vibrate when the wind comes up, might be disconcerting to some, and I guess is a...

"It was so nice and quiet. We will be back! Loved the bar and grill!"

"Went to celebrate a family members milestone birthday. Plenty of room for all of us and the pier was terrific. A/C worked great which was a huge plus in sweltering heat. No hot water first day but owner was quick to respond and it was back up and running on day 2. There were tvs in most of the rooms but couldn't find remote controls. Lots of restaurants and groceries nearby. Very close to train tracks so bring earplugs."

The outdoor spaces are comfortable and there was plenty of things to do without leaving the property. Excellent restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive meant we only went into the city once. "The house is in a nice location, best dir crabbing. Bottom level is old but we don’t really care because we don’t even use it. Inside the house is spacious for our needs, just need some dusting on ceiling fans and restroom vent fans. Mattress needs to be replaced bc it stumped in the middle. Other than that, we enjoy the house. My kids enjoy the bunk beds. Master bedroom is huge. The freezer is huge, exactly what we want it. Overall, 5 star"
