Relax House is an ideal place to rest and enjoy surrounded by nature and spectacular views.
We have a pool with children's play area, BBQ ranch, terrace, balcony, jacuzzi, mini bar and gardens visited by tropical birds and views of the spectacular Arenal Volcano, all surrounded by peace and tranquility in harmony with nature.
Our facilities are located in a private condominium, with a security guard and restricted access with a remote opening gate. Also we have private spot inside the property for parking 1-2 cars.

(Un lugar ideal para descanso y disfrute rodeado de naturaleza y espectaculares vistas.
Contamos con Piscina con área de juegos para niños, rancho BBQ, terraza, balcón, jacuzzi, mini bar y jardines visitados por aves tropicales y con vistas al espectacular Volcán Arenal, todo esto rodeado de paz y tranquilidad en armonía con la naturaleza.

Nuestras instalaciones se encuentran en un condominio privado, con guarda de seguridad y acceso restringido con portón de apertura remota. También contamos con espacio privado dentro de la propiedad para parquear 1-2 Vehiculos!)

Two nights in Fortuna
Location is good, place is safe. Pool in the community is small but works well, the river in the back of the community is cool. During our stay, the shower downstairs had an issue of the water not staying in the shower. Also no extra toilet paper, and lastly one of the toilets was visibly not cleaned.

Excellent, quiet with great views, with a caveat
Loved the property. Plenty of space with great views and every amenity you could really ask for. Something that you should be aware of is that the location of the property is not accurately reflected in the listing at the time of our stay. We selected this location with the hope that it was right next to the center of La Fortuna as was shown on the listing map. This was not the case and it was instead a 15 minute drive. We were hoping to walk to the town but that wasnt possible. Otherwise, the stay was great!

Many items that were listed that didn’t come with the property added to our expense. No paper towel, no charcoal, no starter fluid, no lighter, no soap, (only hand liquid soap). The kitchen sponge & dish soap I had to replace. Sponge smelled. Aunt problem in the kitchen. You can’t set out food or it will be attacked.

Perfect spot outside of town. The listing says it all. It is very accurate. Communication was excellent. We enjoyed our stay. We felt very safe. I really have no suggestions.

Honeymoon jungle oasis
We loved our stay in La Fortuna! The place was clean and had everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinner one night. The host was very accommodating and answered all of our questions. He also sent someone over to fix the hot tub while we were in town so we could enjoy it that evening. The house is about 15 min to town which was perfect. We loved visiting the rope swing, the coffee and chocolate tour and hanging out in the hot tub in the rain.

Great little house
We stayed here for several nights, it is secluded, well maintained, and 5 minute drive to La Fortuna. We woke up made coffee and sat on the second story mezzanine each morning watching the clouds roll over the volcano.

Wonderful retreat outside La Fortuna
Wonderful property! We enjoyed sitting on the upper deck watching the sunset and volcano. The spa tub was also a favorite place to relax in the evening. Owner was very good with responding and answering questions. The only thing to be aware of is the location. The locator map and walking distances on VRBO make it look like the property is just outside of town - close enough to walk. In reality it is about a 10 minute drive out of town. It is an easy drive, and very scenic, and we enjoyed being a little away from the town. But if you don't have transportation you should know that town is not a walkable distance. If you have a car - highly recommend this beautiful spot!

Unique relaxing stay
This was a beautiful property, with birds flying all around and lots of nice places to relax - hammock swings, seating on patio, hot tub & bar, communal dining space. Note that the only indoor space are the rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and all communal or spcializing space is outdoors. This would be a great place for two couples or a group. You should have a vehicle since its a 10-15 min drive into the main town and to restaurants, which we liked so it was away from the noise etc. The beds were comfortable, everything was very clean with no bugs indoors, AC worked great, and communication for the property was perfect.

We cannot say enough about Relax house and the host. The place was easy to find, instructions were very clear, and host was helpful and quick to respond. Nice outdoor space
Our host was very friendly and very helpful and informative about things to do in the area. He has very quick replies to any questions you may have. A 5 star host. The outdoor space is very nice. We didn't use the hot tub, as we weren't there for long, but if we'd been there a little longer we may have. It looked like a very nice feature. We loved the hanging chairs on the balcony, and if the sky is clear, you have some pretty good views. Inside was pretty stuffy and could use airing out more regularly and honestly just feels like it needs a little TLC. It is well equipped though, and had most of the little details that you want in a space, like paper towels, coffee, etc. that some places don't think count. We were happy with this. Overall, great location, great host, and decent value for the money.

Beautiful place. Room and kitchen have one entrance on the main floor. Second bedroom upstairs accessed from outside stairway. Separate coded locks for the rooms. Excellent communication and response from the host.

Beautiful stay!
This home is gorgeous! So many lovely spaces to hang out in before and after your adventures in La Fortuna and Arenal! We were a group of two families with small children. One family stayed in the downstairs bedroom and the other stayed in the upstairs bedroom. The kids loved the community pool too!

Relaxing at Relax House
Very cool accommodation, loved the outdoor space and soaking tub! Host gave thorough instruction's for check in and was helpful with answering our questions. Sleep sofas were smaller (and uncomfortable) for sleeping, but they had a very comfortable blow up mattress for our second teen to sleep on, it just took up the remaining floor space. Great views! Loved the soda Volcano just down the street for dinner. About 20 minutes to downtown La Fortuna.

Relax House was so relaxing!
This house is like a piece of heaven on earth! It was situated in a beautiful area, just minutes away from the shops and restaurants. It was beautiful and tranquil with an abundance of exotic birds and had a gorgeous view of arenal volcano! Kaylor was THE BEST host and gave excellent restaurant recommendations and was immediately responsive to any communications. Absolutely would stay again, I already miss the place!

Your own paradise
Communication with the host was great. We received detailed instructions and suggestions on restaurants and activities in the area. The view from the balcony was amazing. We spent a lot of time outdoor. We liked that the house is secluded but it's conveniently located within 20 minutes to all the attractions and restaurants. We had a great time!

I took my 2 daughter to La Fortuna for a 5 day and we stayed at Kaylor place. We loved the volcano in the background of his place!!! We loved what his place had to offer! He has a 2 person jacuzzi that my girls loved to soak each night! Beautiful outside area with tv! The Ac in each bedroom was wonderful after a day of hiking in the humidity! Beds were comfortable and each room had a bathroom. Outside upper deck furniture was a nice touch to sit outside and watch the rain! Check in was very descriptive with pics! He was easy to get a hold of and talk to! This place is in a gated community and has a community pool. We didn’t use the pool as his place has the jacuzzi. Very close drive to grocery store and downtown La Fortuna! I would highly recommend this place. We absolutely loved it!!!

Everything was perfect
Das Ferienhaus entsprach exakt den der Beschreibung. Nur die geografischen Angaben zur Lage pass(t)en nicht. Dies ist aber ein Problem von Fewo-Direkt und kein Fehler des Vermieters. Laut Karte von Fewo-Direkt ist sie am Stadtrand. In Wirklichkeit aber eher 10 Minuten Autofahrt von La Fortuna entfernt. Wer morgens zu Fuß in ein Café oder abends in eine Bar möchte, hat schlechte Karten. Vom ersten Kontakt bei der Buchung bis zur Abreise: der Vermieter war jederzeit erreichbar und stand auch für Fragen während unseres Aufenthalts jederzeit zur Verfügung. Kurz vor der Anreise erhielt ich alle notwendigen Informationen zum Check-In. Einige sogar mit kurzen Videoclips. So eine tolle Vorbereitung durch einen Vermieter hatten wir noch nicht. Nochmals vielen, vielen Dank. In der Anlage und der näheren Umgebung waren während unseres Aufenthaltes Bau- bzw. Sanierungsarbeiten. Da wir tagsüber meist unterwegs waren, hatten sie uns nicht gestört.

Everything we needed for a quiet getaway
Our family had a great time at Relax House - the neighborhood is very quiet and an easy 15-minute drive into town. Our host communicated with us in advance to prepare the best sleeping arrangements for our kids and gave thorough instruction via WhatsApp on property access and amenities, though I wish we hadn’t arrived after dark, as it made it a bit trickier to find the home (but that’s on us). And the hot tub was SUCH a nice perk!

This is the SPOT!
From the very beginning ,communication and instructions on how to get there and gain entry was very clear.Keylor is a great host and attentive throughout the entire stay if you need him.There is absolutely nothing out of place or out of order so if there were any doubts just reach out.We saw hummingbirds,and many different birds while there,the jacuzzi was great to relax and the peace and quiet was thething we were looking forward to and received.this was our first trip to Costa Rica and because of the great hospitality,views,and culture we will be returning and definitely staying here once again.THANK YOU Keylor for reminding us that THIS is the true dream we all look for and deserve.
