"This property was beautifully landscaped and wonderfully appointed. They included beach chairs, snorkel equipment, water shoes, tennis equipment, boogie boards, sand toys, etc. It was great! The only thing I could have asked was for six beach towels instead of four, as we had six in our family. But it wasn't a huge deal. The kitchen was well-appointed, too. And the view was stunning. The balcony was huge. The vaulted ceilings were lovely. We really felt like island royalty! Definitely would love...

"We booked through Expedia and didn’t know anything about the property that wasn’t listed. It exceeded our expectations and we would definitely book again! The condo was well equipped, had nice furnishings, the pool with ocean view was amazing and overall such a safe high end area. Our whole group couldn’t say enough good things about our stay. "

"Estadia maravilhosa, hotel muito lindo, com um paisagismo belíssimo, excelente infraestrutura, estacionamento gratuito, apartamentos gigantescos com varanda (todos com vista para o mar, apreciando o por do sol), excelente localização, próximo ao centro de comércio e serviços da cidade. O hotel conta com um depósito com cadeiras de praia, guarda-sóis, esteiras, coolers à disposição dos hóspedes, sem custo algum, mediante disponibilidade. Isso nos ajudou bastante. O fato de não ter arrumação...

"This is a fantastic property where we spent a 5-day family getaway. The unit is spacious, clean, fully equipped overlooking a beautiful golf court. Shops, grocery store and restaurants are within walking distance. About 10-30 minutes to any of the well-known beaches. It will take about 2 to 2.5 hours to go to the volcano. Overall, we really enjoyed the place. Definitely will consider staying there again. "

"Great location. Easy walk into the heart of Ali'i Dr. shops and restaurants. Nice room, had everything we needed. Elevator wasn't working, didn't bother us as we were on a lower floor, but those above us didn't have it so easy. We were told the "parts were on order". Hot tub by pool also wasn't working, were going to call in someone to "look at it". Pool was perfect. Would definitely return. Beautiful scenery. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Kona. The condo was clean and well stocked. We stopped at Costco and cooked in most nights. KTA is right up the street for other groceries. We walked to the Outrigger right next door to see the manta rays at night. Great location and great condo. Ashok was good about communication with us. Would definitely recommend."

"This house could not have been more perfect for our summer vacation for our family of 10. We all enjoyed the beautifully designed, very clean pool. Location was close to beach and other places we wanted to visit. Communication with owner was excellent -- we particularly appreciated the booklet sent to us before our trip that outlined fun things to do and places to see. Don't miss the tour of Mountain Thunder coffee plantation! The entire trip was a thoroughly great experience!"

"This condo was nicely appointed, and included CD mix’s that you could play on the stereo! The location was great, and you could walk to restaurants. We loved having the kitchen, and was able to cook multiple dinners, with the well supplied kitchen. The view was beautiful, with the sound of soothing ocean while we sat in the living room, or outside on the porch. The host Kenneth, was super responsive to any questions we had. My husband and I highly recommend this rental, and will be back...

"Very nice hotel. Large room. Friendly staff. Nice location. Improvements: the size of the bed was small for a couple. There was just one type of juice at breakfast. The club could close later than 6:30pm. Our room was above some renovation works so the noise was bothersome. "
