"Der Check-In war etwas umständlich, was daran lag, dass die Dame kein englisch sprach und ich kein slowakisch. Somit mussten wir uns mittels Übersetzungsapp behelfen. Darüber hinaus, gab es Unstimmigkeiten, über die Anzahl der Gäste. Man ging davon aus, dass ich alleine anreisen würde. Von den Kindern, welche beim Buchungsprozess mit angegeben wurden, wusste man nichts. Dasselbe Problem hatten wir auch bereits im letzten Jahr, nur viel es da nicht ins Gewicht, da es eine kontaktlose Übergabe...

"The apartment is very good for its price. It was clean and well-kept. Booking, check-in and check-out were very uncomplicated, as well as the communication via fewo-direkt. The family providing it was very nice and attentive. Additionally, the apartment is in a quiet location with a beautiful garden. From here, one can reach the Tatra and many sites worth seeing easily.
