"Everything was great! The owner started reaching out once I booked the hotel. Days before my arrival there were multiple arounds of helpful information. I also booked the driver service with them. I felt welcomed upon arrival and the staff were all eager to help. The tour guide I hired through them was certified national Guide that can speak multiple languages. I used him for all my tours. I feel I can communicate with the owner any needs and he will accommodate me. My trip to Nepal has been...
