"All of the staff were super friendly, and were always eager to assist. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfy. There were several restaurants available on the property, and they all served tasty food, including the breakfast buffet. The spa, pool, and gym were also lovely. It was an amazing experience to stay here,and I definitely would stay again."

"My second time staying here and if I go agian, I will stay here. Price is great, people fantastic, serive excellent. It is not the Ritz or a high end establishment but location is central, room are old but fine and clean and the service wonderful from the staff. They do go out of their way for you always. Also breakfast included, excellent. I love this place. "

"I had a fantastic stay!! The bed was super comfortable and I loved the fluffy blanket I was able to wrap up in. The staff was super friendly. I was able to store my luggage for free before my flight home. Shower was hot. Overall had a great experience!"

"We had a lovely stay and week at Baber Mahal! It was our sanctuary in the middle of Kathmandu which is a very high pace city. Staff was lovely and the restaurants on sight were outstanding too Can highly recommend"

"O hotel tem uma boa infraestrutura. Fica em uma região montanhosa linda. Nos dias que estive hospedada, teve muita neblina e nao consegui observar a cadeia montanhosa (mas isso não é culpa do hotel). Achei que o hotel não oferece muitas possibilidades de lazer aos clientes. Então, não tem muito o que fazer no hotel. Não recomenfo e não iria novamente. O hotel não oferece uma experiência ao cliente. É apenas uma hospedagem. Pelo custo da diária, não compensa. Custo x benefício ruim. O hotel...

"Horrível a abordagem final de desconfiança… acredito porque não quis serviço de quarto… desconfiaram que eu tivesse feito algo com o quarto… estava indo embora… pediram para eu esperar para checarem o quarto…tenho 45 anos…viajo muito… e isso nunca aconteceu…. Na minha opinião, pessoas desconfiadas, são pessoas que fazem muito mal com as outras pra achar que todas são iguais a ela… como se o quarto fosse ótimo… Toalhas todas manchadas e mal cheirosas…edredom rasgado e eu não reclamei… A senhora...
