"Sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage. Das 2 -Zimmer Apartment war sehr geräumig und sauber, aber das Mobiliar ist in die Jahre gekommen. Insgesamt könnte das Interieur mal eine Renovierung vertragen. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Blick auf den Golfplatz. Leider fuhr jeden Morgen ab ca 4h ein Rasenmäher sehr lange über die Anlage, was einen natürlich jeden Morgen aufwachen lässt. Alles in allem aber ein guter Aufenthalt. Kann man empfehlen "

"This place is 15-20 minutes up the hill from any beach. Do not let that stop you from staying here. Worth the drive. The condo is on hole 3 of the golf course. Great views. The pool is 100ft away. Everything is clean and well stocked. The communication with the management company was exceptional. Check in and out was easy."

"We have stayed here before five years ago. We found it much the same, a nicely appointed property in a nice area. But we were very disappointed to see a multitude of small, but vigorous cockroaches in the kitchen and dining area the first night we were there. After spraying vigorously with bug killer we were able to reduce the number of bugs to a tolerable ( but not zero) level for the rest of our stay."

"The property was clean and the beds were very comfy! Everything was there that we needed for our stay. I visited with my husband and daughter (15) and son (17). We would visit again!"

"The apartment was comfortable and in a good location. One negative, however, was the dishwasher did not operate, and who wants to do dishes when on holiday?"

"This is a very nice place to unwind. The other condos that we've stayed at are closer to the beach but those areas seem a little more busy and hectic. Out here is less touristy and therefore quieter and relaxed. Much more of a house/home than a mass produced condo feel. "

"Great location and very quiet! Loved the turkeys, goats,etc. Vacasa was very good about taking care of issues. Furnishing were very nice, the beds slept well. Kitchen was pretty well equipped. Pool are was very nice and well kept Once most of the kinks were addressed all was better. Carpet could definitely use a good cleaning. Would stay here again "

"This was a good place for 3 couples to share. Waikaloa Village has easy access to many of our favorite beaches. The only downside was that it is managed by Vacasa, our least favorite vacation rental management company. Half the lightbulbs in the kitchen were out as well as one in the bedroom. The can openers were almost unusable even by very strong men. Apparently there was a new dishwasher because the silverware holder was strapped to the back of the dishwasher with the folding basket...
