FULLY AIRCONDITIONED, screened-in lanai overlooking first fairway of the Fazio golf course and birds eye view of the Turtle Bay clubhouse, not to mention, stunning sunset view. Upgraded kitchen w/granite countertops, WIFI, 40" HDTV w/DVR, free long distance in the U.S., ceiling fans throughout unit , new carpet and flooring throughout. Full size stackable washer and dryer for added convenience. Really lovely, tastefully decorated condo with comfortable King size bed in master bedroom and two Queen beds in the loft, equally as comfortable. All linens and towels are provided. This property also has pickle ball, basketball and Tennis courts.


Come to the famous North Shore, to the Gold Coast of Kuilima West. Positioned perfectly to enjoy the wonderful trade winds and beautiful sunsets. Enjoy all the comforts of home in a very well-maintained condo with updated features. Come enjoy, within walking distance, the great beaches of Turtle Bay and fabulous restaurants. Three pools and tennis courts nearby. Horseback riding, great hiking trails, surfing. and 2 championship golf courses. Minutes away from world-famous Sunset Beach and Waimea Bay. The historic surf town of Haleiwa is only 20 minutes away. The Polynesian Culture Center is only 15 minutes away.

Since we are in a tropical environment, it is common to see insects and geckos in the condos. No amount of spraying will completely eliminate insects, especially ants.

Amazing
We were so pleasantly surprised by the clean, inviting quiet place to stay!! We had access to everything we needed to cook meals, a washer and dryer, A/C and plenty of trails to explore when we had down time. We would 100% stay here again and will tell family and friends about it. Thank you!!

Short but Sweet
This place was a home away from home. There was a separate area for the teenagers. Great wifi, beautiful grounds, walking distance to the beach. Great golf course restaurant. Clean and homey. The only problem is we had 3 cockroaches. I feel a better job could be done filling the holes behind the cupboards and the washroom and maybe trying mesh or something. Clearly there is a problem when there is a warning before you book.

Worst experience ever
I booked 4 nights at this property. I traveled with my 7 months baby. Check-in process is a little confusing. When you check in at night, it was hard to find out the room number. We got there really late. The second day when we woke up, we found out the neighbor unit was doing some remodeling during the day. The noise was really bad. My 7 month old has 2 naps during the day, the noise made him couldn’t sleep. And the remodeling cause some bad air pollutants that keeping coming out from next door. I called the property manager to ask if there is a way we can improve the situation. They gave me two choices. 1.if we would like to switch to a different property, we have to pay for the extra cleaning fee which is about $170!! 2. If we don’t want to change, they ask us to contact the security to see if there is anything they can do. Neither of the choices made me feel they want to solve the problem for me and I totally can’t not understand why I have to pay for the cleaning fee. I’ve talked to the property manager over 30 minutes. She kept saying that I have to pay the fee, other wise I have to contact the security. I asked if we could check out next day and get a refund. She said they can’t do refund. They didn’t want to solve the problem at all. I paid over $2700 for 4 nights and ended up like that. We have to take the baby out on a stroller when he is napping. Luckily, the neighbor unit only do remodeling during the week days, we got 2 quite days. They say when we check out, the remodeling was resumed. That must be my worst experience ever.

Great Accomodations
We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this property. The lanai was wonderful for drinking coffee in the morning and playing cards at night. The unit has everything you could possibly need including beach chairs, beach towels, and even a boogie board. The location is steps away from Lei Lei's and a short walk to the Resort. It is very airy and bright, and super clean when we arrived.

Great stay
Thank you so much for offering a great home away from home. Super clean, well stocked and beautiful property. Each room had air conditioning however we opened the windows and the cross breeze is wonderful, so it wasnt needed. Our favort It part about the house was the screened in lanai, such a great extension of the home. Really convenient walk to restaurant and 10 min walk to beach. We enjoyed hiking the many trails at turtle bay. Would definitely stay again!
