One includes a games table, TV, and sliding glass door access to your private pool - the ultimate hangout space. The crown jewel, however, is your resort-style backyard oasis. Sunbathe on lounge chairs between refreshing dips in the sparkling pool. There's a shady cabana and the dining table offers additional seating for poolside snacks.

Situated at the quiet end of Jacksonville Beach, you're just a short walk to the ocean and a mile from the family-friendly Sunshine Park with a splash pad and skate park. Attend the Sea Walk Pavilion for concerts, outdoor movies, and festivals. Historic St. Augustine, the nation's oldest city, is under 30 miles away. This prime location puts you close to multiple shopping, dining, and entertainment options.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
