"Dirty, breakfast was a mess, the bed almost didn’t fit in the room, the shower was broken and still had a tub and curtains! the elevator was dirty, guests were in pj’s shouting and the whole atmosphere was pretty bad. Too expensive for no quality at all. "

"Fantastiskt ställe precis vid vattnet och med pool och uteplats med sol hela dagen och fina solnedgångar. Stora rum där övervåningen har balkong med sjöutsikt och hälften av rummen på nedervåningen har uteplats. Nån minutcatt gå till restaurang med allt från frukost till nattliv och livemusik. Gå tre minuter till så ligger Snook, en stor sjökrog också med livemusik. Precis bredvid finns också båtuthyrning, jättefina områden att åka i! Gillade verkligen Boathouse!"

"Our stay here was amazing highly recommend it....with it being a holiday Inn there is no bar/restaurant but literally supermarket/liquor store right next to the premises just 1 thing to keep in mind as its easy to forget your staying at a Holiday Inn....lots of bars & restaurants within 5-10min walk"

"This is our 2nd stay at this property. We chose this property due to accessibility by boat. Boat docks are available. Two docks available to reserve , make sure to confirm docks are available before booking. Walking distance to Old Marco, Snook Inn, etc. Kitchen use a refresh on pots and pans, utensils. Not enough towels in bathroom for four adults. Comfortable space , would stay again.."

"The house was very comfortable - we had 5 adults. House accommodating for families too. The owner, May, was easy to work with and very responsive to my emails and questions. I would recommend this as a place to stay if visiting Marco Island."

"Nice, clean home! They do need to update the listing as this is NOT a 4 bedroom, only 3 total. No instructions on how to turn the pool on which led to chilly water and no swimming during our stay. Our fault though for not reaching out to the property management company to find out how. House is a tiny bit dated but VERY clean. Would recommend."

"We had a great time on Marco Island! This place said everything we needed to keep little kids happy and parents comfortable. The mattresses were especially comfortable! Two bathtubs, plenty of sleeping arrangements, and a pool. We rented a car to get places, and had Publix deliver all our food"
