Family vacation
House was clean and had all necessities for cooking. The pool was beautiful and view from screened porch was even better! House manager was very helpful came by and introduced himself and answered all our questions. A wonderful house, only complaint would be dryer vent was either clogged or not heating properly

Beautiful beachfront property with great amenities
Our stay at Sean and Nate's place was fantastic. He saved our butts after our other home cancelled the week before our vacation. Nate was incredibly helpful with helping our family get comfortable. Overall they were very accommodating. The only thing we would have liked is for the property to be a bit cleaner upon arrival because the pool was not cleaned our first day and there was trash and construction around the property. They are doing a bug renovation soon and we would strongly suggest staying with these great guys once its finished.

The property was great. The house was starting to see some wear and tear, but we enjoyed it!
We had an amazing week in Islamorada. We had three families that consisted of six adults and five kids. The house was well set up for our group. The fact that we had access to paddle boards, kayaks, a huge pool, bbq grill, lawn games, etc meant that we never had to leave. When you have five kids under the age of 7, that is a huge deal. Sean was incredibly attentive and accommodating. We would definitely stay again!

Fantastic property!
We had an amazing week in Islamorada. We enjoyed kayaking and fly fishing in the ocean right out front and biking on the path on the Bay side. The house was very nice and comfortable. We especially liked the screen porch. The pool was a lot of fun. Nate took care of groceries and whatever we needed. The only thing we didn't like was having to leave!

Great Place but Not Quite as Beautiful as the Pictures
This house is terrific and comfortable but it is not as spectacular as the pictures make it seem. There isn't grass on the property and the sides aren't covered in foliage like the pictures make it seem. You can see straight at the houses next door. Also, the sea grass in the water hasn't been cleaned out in a very long time so you have to wade through the grass to get into the water. There's also a lot of junk in the storage spaces on the first floor. Lastly, the two en suite bathrooms are dated and set up for disabled persons. Despite the disconnect between the pictures and the reality, we enjoyed our stay. Sean, the manager, is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. He was in constant contact during both our reservation period and stay and ready, willing, and able to help out in any way that he could. He was so gracious during the reservation period that I started to wonder if he was a scammer and we were going to arrive at a shack! I've never had anyone so nice and attentive in these rental. The living room was a delight to hang out in and the kitchen was decently equipped albeit not top notch. The stove was iffy and we didn't want to cook with it unless we had to. That being said, Sean was incredibly generous in outfitting the house with supplies like garbage bags, coffee filters, dish soap, towels, toilet paper, etc. With the grocery store 25 miles away, it was terrific to have peace of mind that everything we needed was there. The teenagers we had with us had a blast in the pool which Sean keeps pleasantly warm and grilled out a few times on the provided grills. We enjoyed napping on the pool lounger that looks like ones at high end resorts. We also appreciated short outings on the paddle boards and kayaks. Overall, we had a great time and would return - just with a littler clearer understanding of the situation.

Great property for a family vacation
Sean, Thank you so much for all of your assistance and recommendations. Our family had a wonderful stay in your house in Islamorada. It was really great having enough bedrooms for our family of nine and a table large enough for us to all sit together for meals. We found your house to be very comfortable and relaxing. The younger ones really loved paddle boarding (I celebrated my 80th birthday there and think my days for that are behind me😎) We particularly enjoyed the fantastic fire works display on New Years eve😃. What a memorable evening! We would definitely recommend your house for family gatherings. We look forward to staying there again in the future.

Beautiful property on the beach. Very well designed home. Perfect fit for anyone and everyone.
My visiting family and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beachfront home in Islamorada. This home is perfectectly situated between many fishing marinas, fantastic restaurants, and amazing scenery. The home is within just minutes of driving from Bud n' Mary's marina, which we chartered a boat from. The fishing was excellent and the owner was very helpful in helping us find the right restaurant. Sean, the owner, was very reasonable and very accommodating, providing us with a fresh fruit basket, expertise on the area, use of the many amenities available at the home, and much more. The home is very comforting with great views of the sunrise over the ocean. Hammocks on the beach are the perfect place to soak up some sun and the large pool was very comforting and fun to swim in at night. We made use of the paddlebords that were offered and took a sunset paddle. With a built in sound system, waterproof bluetooth speakers, paddlebords, pool activities, and more, this home is the one stop shop for anyone looking to have fun on their vacation. The interior of the home is beautifully designed as well. Amazing and large white couches surround a large living room table and a flatscreen on the wall, which connects with the surround sound speakers to make an incredible movie night. Well equipped kitchen with all the cooking essentials you will need for your stay. The pictures of the interior do not do this home justice. The master bedroom is very spacious with its own TV and bathroom. The sunrise view from this room is incredible, or if you had a long night, just close the blinds. Each of the remaining 4 bedrooms are also very spacious and very comforting with great views of all around the property. Overall, this was the best vacation me and my family could've had and I owe it all to this property. Instead of having to go out and look for activities, the home had it all. With great amenities, an accommodating owner, beautiful views, and a comforting vibe, I would not recommend a better place to escape to.
