"While the staff provides excellent service and is very attentive, the hotel falls short in several areas. The location is not ideal, situated next to a mangrove and a stream with a very unpleasant smell. My room had multiple issues upon arrival: the air conditioning was broken, there was no minibar, and the shower drain was clogged. Although these problems were eventually resolved, they caused significant discomfort during my stay. The pool is very cold as it is in the shade and should be heated. Additionally, the heated rooftop pool is far too small to accommodate guests comfortably. Overall, the room was not comfortable, and the hotel is in need of better maintenance. It has potential but requires significant improvements to provide a satisfactory experience."

"Tuve una estadía increíble. El destacado fue el servicio del equipo del hotel, siempre atentos para dar recomendaciones, solicitar taxis y, en general, muy amables. Estuve viajando sola y me sentí muy acogida. Las instalaciones también están súper lindas, todas las habitaciones con vista a la piscina. ¡Sin duda, volvería!"

"O hotel fica perto da melhor praia de holbox, mas para chegar até no hotel se prepara porque tem que ser te táxi porque na época que foi todas as ruas estava alagadas nem tinha a possibilidade de ir a pé pagamos 200 pesos para ida e mais 200 pesos para voltar na hora de ir embora, o café da manhã não é grande bom porém para quem tem pouca fome é razoável, agora falando do quarto é bem rústico o chuveiro funcionava bem porém o sofá da sala estava sujo com alguma coisas manchada, ao me ver não me senti seguro, se queria guarda algo no cofre ele não funcionava o funcionário de fato foi explicar como deveria utilizar mas não estava dando certo então deixei para lá, mas com todo problemas amei o lugar e a praia era linda! "
