"Only real issue is continuous toilet running but if you shut the bathroom door it muffles it a bit. There was a bit of outdoor noise and others could hear everything said or done. Not really good privacy. Kitchen: Not many utensils, only 2 fork, 2 spoon and a couple knives. I didn't feel comfortable using the pots or pans, they felt a bit sticky. Only one hanger in closet to hang all mine and my partners dress up garments. Parking was tough to find a spot to where you won't have to walk a hike...

"My wife and I extended our cruise vacation for four days in Long Beach. Carol and Traian were fabulous. The suite is cozy and clean. Parking on the street in front of the property was never an issue. We were so grateful to see a Canadian flag out front for Canadian Flag day on Feb 15 too! Thanks for the hospitality and friendly space. Next time we’re in Long Beach, we will definitely stay again. "

"It served its purpose. Location is great except parking was not the most convenient but we made it work. We did not spend much time at the home as we were busy. Very small living room and a small couch otherwise had to sit on kitchen table chairs. We did not use kitchen appliances but looked OK. "Pros: great location, easy parking access and building access, great communication with the manager (very responsive and helpful).Cons: cleanliness of the apartment was not up to standard (it was as if the place was not checked at all before our stay), with that said as soon as I contacted the property manager she sent a cleaner to help, however for later cleanings I had to buy my own swiffer for example. Laundry room is per floor/ not in apartment. "

"Jen made us feel comfortable and welcome. The bed was cozy, and both the room and bathroom were extremely clean. The dogs were initially scared of me because I was a stranger, but they still let me pet them occasionally. The neighborhood is a little sketchy, but Jen’s place made us feel safe. I highly recommend her place for a comfortable stay close to LAX and centralized part of LA."
