"The house is located in a great location with the beach a block away and the bay outside the front door. Coffee houses, restaurants, bars, and bike rentals all within an easy walk. Recommendations: throw blankets and window covering for the bayside bedroom. Instructions on the upstairs heater would be helpful. "

"Very convenient location in the middle of iconic shops and restaurants. We had a great time, and the hosts were very responsive to our questions planning for the trip. Be aware there is no reserved parking, so arrival to drop off requires a quick car unloadinh then search for a street parking in the surrounding blocks. In the late afternoon parking spots open up as beach visitors go home and you can move your car closer "

"The apartment was so cute and located in such an amazing spot. We have twins that are 4 and every morning we would grab Starbucks and walk across the street to the park for the girls to play. We were able to paddle bordin the bay and lay out by the surf! We will be back!! We will be back!"

"I couldn't be more impressed!! Fantastic location, easy access to beach, shopping, restaurants, airport. Clean, comfortable. Newly constructed/updated. I didn't need anything but a bed and a bathroom, but this place had all the kitchen extras, towels, linens, TV, books, etc. Thank you to the hosts. Look forward to staying again when I'm back in town. -William"

"We were at this property for three nights. Pluses: 1. Management was very nice and helpful. They have multiple units in this building. So the unit advertised, may not be the exact unit you thought you reserved. 2. Unit was very clean 3. Water pressure was decent 4. Comfortable bed in the particular unit, we were in 6. Decent area. Nice coffee shop 2 blocks away. Short driving distance to Zoo, Balboa Park and Little Italy. Minuses: 1. We were on the 3rd floor, so sometimes it took awhile...

"Clean and dog-friendly - a combination that is hard to find. Small but very functional cottage with a nice shared outside space. Ate outside - nice patio table. Our daughter slept on the pull out couch, so can fit kid(s). Looks newly renovated, big bathroom, clean. Kitchen, fridge, coffee maker, tv. Close to Dog Beach. Nice restaurants in the area. Is on Muir Ave (it was hard to figure out where it was by the description prior to booking). Worked for us a home base in the area. "

"We had such an amazing time on our trip to San Diego. We had some amazing food, stumbled upon a farmers market, Brazillian Fest, a roof top movie, goodwill bins (if you like thrifting), and our favorite the margarita flight with pork belly nachos. Our host was great, the apartment was perfect in everyway. And I didn’t think the sound level from outside was loud at all. Overall 1000/10! "

"Suite was very clean and had everything you need in regards to bedding, towels and a well stocked kitchen. Great area to stay in - very laid back with lots of shops and restaurants close by. Property manager was great at communicating."
