"The most friendly and welcoming staff I’ve ever encountered on a vacation anywhere, they went above and beyond to make sure I was safe and comfortable. "The hotel was awesome, front desk was just pathetic asked questions in regards to ferries and they said IDK I speak and understand Greek too. I heard they will be renovating and re naming the hotel and they are making another one down the road. Hope they put better pp at the front desk. As for the rest of the staff, cleaning lady and staff in the breakfast area. Amazing ! "

"Stayed at this beautiful hotel for 4 days and would for sure come back again! The room was very clean and nice, with a balcony overlooking the harbour and sea! The bed was very comfortable, plenty of soft towels every day, water in the fridge and the most amazing breakfast! New breakfast every day, loved it! We also got good tips on both hiking in the area and places to eat and drink. Super nice staff and great location! Will stay here if we come to Ermioni again!"
