"Perfect location, can’t get any closer to the beach. Nice and quiet. House was very clean and up to date. Was exactly as pictured in the listing. Only incredibly minor complaint was that the smoke alarm is super sensitive and went off every time we used the oven. Better to work than not at all though! Definitely will be coming back. "

"The view and the access to the beach from this property can't be beat. We loved our time on Topsail and can't wait to return."

Becky, the host, is an excellent communicator and was very prompt to respond to our questions before we booked. And the information about the house was sent promptly. We especially appreciated the starter supplies as we didn’t have to arrive and run...

"This is a wonderful property! One issue for us was privacy. The ocean front deck is shared with another unit, which is great if they are your group. You literally had to slide your feet in so the renters nextdoor could get by. Not what we expected. And PLEASE review that sleeper sofa. It is more comfortable to sit on the floor and the rug was filthy. Please clean them both. Everything else was spit on and beautiful!could get by to use the stairs"

"It was really nice. Two things though. Dishes were still in dishwasher. They were clean. I put them away. Secondly, the living room floor was a bit unclean. Our small dog found two hard crackers with garlic on them and a popsicle stick. I think they were at the edge of the front of the couchs.Otherwise, everything was good."

"Lived up to expectations - with the exception that while the property is ocean front, you can’t access the ocean without going to a public beach access. "

"This was our first time renting a home instead of staying in a hotel. Because of the wedding we all wanted to stay together. What a wonderful experience we had! The hosts have thought of everything at this vacation home. From ample towels to paper towels, poll toys and toys for our youngest, everything added up to a memorable long weekend. Our family will be doing this again for sure!"

"We've vacationed at several beaches in North Carolina, but we especially enjoyed our time at Topsail Beach. The parks and fishing areas were easily accessible, which was great as one of us has limited mobility. There were plenty of great seafood markets nearby, along with several grocery stores for anything we needed. The island also has bike paths and walking trails everywhere. One highlight was visiting the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue Center. The relaxed, friendly atmosphere of the island...

"I didn't know until the day before that it was on the 2nd floor. I thought it was ground floor. I found it dangerous to have to get to the beach from the deck in the back of the condo . The stairs were very slick because they stay wet. And i witnessed several people fall trying to get to the beach area . "

"If you are considering this property for an excellent experience 'on the ocean', you can't get any closer! We LOVED our time here. The condo was very clean and the furniture/beds were very comfortable. We will be booking another stay there soon!"
