"Great no complaints "

"Location was great. Views and access to the beach were amazing. Beds comfy. Nice and spacious. Would like to see the requirement to bring bed sheets and pillow cases in the actual listing not just on the rental agreement. "

"This is our 5th year staying at the North Carolina beaches and this was by far the best place yet. It is dog friendly, all sheets and towels are extremely fresh and clean, beds are comfortable, matching glassware, plates, pots, pans etc for anything you want to cook. Easy access to the beach and the views are right on the beach and the sound. There are enough beach chairs and 2 sturdy kahaks to enjoy in the sound. We are definetely looking at staying at this place again next year!! "

"Enjoyed watching dolphins splash and pelicans catch fish while drinking my morning tea. This condo is comfortable and close to the beach. "

"This is a fun property. It’s walking distance to the beach and a quick bike ride to town. The house has comfortable furniture and an awesome heated pool with a slide for when you just want to stay put. We had a great stay here!"

"We stay at this property the week after Xmas to catch up with teens/adult kids. The 4 bedrooms are perfect and the area is very close to beach access. There is a great area for family games. The TV is big enough for football fans to be happy :) Linens are provided. Beds are very comfortable. Pets are welcome and taking the dogs on the beach is one of my very favorite aspectsThanks to Tom for SAVING us when we locked ourselves out!!!"

"Nice neighborhood and easy walk to the beach. Enjoyed fixing meals in well equipped kitchen. And family game nights with games already there. "

"Our stay was great! Couldn’t have asked for any better! My family had a wonderful time! "

"We had a wonderful stay! The home was super clean and had everything you could need for an amazing vacation. The owner and host were very responsive and communication was excellent. You are on the beach and the location is close to shops and restaurants. The hot tub was an added bonus! "

"This was a great location and beautiful place. Had all the amenities that the site said it did. The Kitchen is well stocked with dishes/silverware, pots and pans, etc!!!!!!!The only downside to this, we were not aware that when we arrived, we had to make our own beds. This is not something that I/we have ever had to do in any other VRBO we have stayed at. would have been nice to know this before we got there."

"Our family of 6 enjoyed felt welcomed into this home away from home. The beds were comfortable, the closeness to the beach couldn't be beat, and the house was very clean. We settled in for a week of dolphin watching, chilly beach walks, and lots of family dinners and games while gathered around the table. We enjoyed thrifting in Wilmington, touring the Battleship, and Flaming Amy's Burrito Barn. The hot tub was enjoyed most evenings and the decks and furniture were appreciated--we would happily...

"We snuck away to Topsail for a second time this summer last minute and found this little gem of a cottage. It is across the street from a family park (we fished and played basketball there) and conveniently located to the Surf City center. We typically stay in Topsail Beach (south) and it is a bit quieter there for traffic as you would expect, but this was a nice shake up location wise. The homeowner provided beach chairs, a beach cart, beach towels, etc. which made our packing lighter and...

"Property has everything you need - just bring your clothes and get groceries. Close to restaurants and shops. Short walk to public beach. Private pool a definite plus for the kids."

"This was the second time we stayed on this property. Like the first, it was a wonderful experience! The location is excellent, the house was very clean, and the check-in process was simple. It was so nice to sit on the balconies and see the ocean right in front of you. The host, Brandon, was great to communicate with us and quick to answer the few questions we had. The next time we vacation in Surf City this will be the first location we try to get."
