"House was just as advertised! It is a cozy cottage that is clean and stylish! Lots of outdoor space and easy walking to shops and restaurants. Loved the special decoration touches and uncluttered storage spaces! We also were impressed with the fenced in yard which was perfect for our toddler and dogs. I do have to agree with another review that the mattresses were not comfortable. Maybe too new and hard? Only other suggestion is a few pots with lids and a 9 x 13 Pyrex for those who like to cook...

"My family and I stayed here and appreciated the great communication with the host. The house was super clean, and the size makes it very easy to keep track of your belongings. We could come and go to the beach easily without paying the price of a beachfront property, and of course an outdoor shower is always nice to have! We felt very welcomed and cared for."

"Stayed with wife and 2 of the 4 grandkids. Arrived and found the house was not cleaned. contacted the host and she got in touch with cleaning personnel that arrived shortly. They did a great job and oh BTW it's not the host's fault. she had it scheduled. one of the rooms had a repair on the wall by the Circuit Breaker box that needs painting. The AC unit worked flawlessly and there was plenty Hot Water. The rear porch is filled with all kinds of items to use on the beach. The kids tried a...

"This beach cottage was perfect!! The sunrise was amazing every morning!! It was clean and the perfect size for my husband and I. Brendan is a great host and was very responsive to any questions that we had. We highly recommend his place to stay and look forward to another visit soon! "
