"So easy to feel at home in this comfortable cottage. Cheerful blue, white, and yellow colors. We spent a lot of time on the deck watching the tides ebb and flow. So relaxing. Owner, Karen, was in touch making sure all was good. We loved the fruit basket and fresh flowers upon arrival. Pretty gardens add to the view. Easy walk to town. Best lobster roll (taste and value)10 min walk at Dunton's Doghouse. When you see law enforcement eating there, you know it's where the locals go. We loved this...

"On site parking with driving ease to and from Boothbay proper. Easy check in process, very clean room with secure entry and access. Spacious bathroom & large comfy king size bed. Adequate living room & kitchen spaces. Didn't bother with TV, but it's a decent size & set-up. Didn’t need to but, the laundry room would be easy to use for longer stays. Fairly quiet with both neighboring rooms occupied, minimal street noise. All in all: 5 stars, would recommend."

"The condo unit was exactly as described and we found the property manager to be immediately responsive to our questions. The entire unit was beautifully decorated and the beds/furniture was quite comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed and there were plenty of towels/linens. The location is within walking distance of central Boothbay Harbor but in a secluded neighborhood that is very quiet. We enjoyed the “shoulder season” a few weeks before the tourists began to arrive, but found enough...

"Well appointed condo on a golf course. Easy drive to the highway. It was a great interim rental until we could get in our new home. Had everything we needed. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this condo."
