There was a welcome basket with bread and cheese and tea and coffee and water which was so much appreciated. "The location of this property is spectacular. Just steps to a beautiful little beach and a fantastic view of Pico. The unit is very spacious and the front deck is a great place to hang out with views of the farm fields, Pico mountain and the ocean. Some items in the unit could use some updating such as coffee maker, toaster and pillows. Otherwise it had everything we needed. "
