"This was the oerfect location to stay at! Quiet neighborhood, pool was great for my 2.5yr old daughter. Shade was found near the pool so me and my 3month old son could be out there as well! House was close to grocery stores and restaurants. We had a great stay, and would love to come back! "

"Great spot for my husband and I. No frills, but we are fine with that to be right on the water. We were able to tie our fishing boat up to the dock over night which was very convenient. Great location to everything and perfect for two. "

"We found the condo clean and easy to get to. It was on the corner of the bldg and was very quiet and relaxing. It had everything we needed. It felt very safe, in a nice area."

"This property was very close to the beach, clean and well stocked with necessary essentials. The beds and pillows were comfy and Jim is very responsive to inquiries via text. Although the weather was a bit too chilly to partake, the heated pool was still a nice feature of the property."

"The townhomes were great for our family to stay in. Perfect sleeping quarters for everyone, the kids enjoyed the pool, the hot tub was perfect and we all had a great time. Grateful that it was perfect to accommodate us so that all of our family could stay together. "

"Nice modern unit. Only a couple of issues with cleanliness. Well maintained. Location was good. Walkable to the beach. The pool area is a big selling point. Nicely heated with sturdy lounge chairs and tables. Most residents there were very friendly and made for a fun time.Met the property manager by chance. Not friendly or helpful. Issues we had were immediate addressed through VRBO. I would recommend this area and unit to friends."
