"Nice place and clean. TV in master bedroom didn’t seem to work and had some plumbing issues on our last day but got resolved that same day. Close to restaurants and beach. Would definitely stay again!😄"

"It was a small space which was fine for us. The tub had a very slow drain. Downside, there were 2 of us and only 1 set of keys and there were a few times it was inconvenient for us but really the place was great. Pool was clean. Laundry was coin operated and worked fine. The residents that were there were all friendly. "

"My family enjoyed our five-night stay here. It was perfect for two adults and two children (ages one and twelve). The patio offered lovely views and some people-watching, which my husband and I enjoyed nightly. I appreciated the provided sound machine as our baby's broke on the second night! The proximity to Whitecap beach access was excellent. Also, PINS is only a short drive south, and Port A is twenty-five minutes north. We had no need to use the other property amenities and spent more time...

"Easy location to find. Great place for 2 person stay. 10 digit code to get in was a little annoying. And shower head need to be replaced. Overall I would give it 4 stars based on some of the places I have stayed in Padre. "

"Cute place! Coastal-vibe decorated with all the necessary accoutrements for a beachy getaway. Definitely walkable to Whitecap Beach, and located within a few minutes drive to great restaurants. Bring mosquito repellant anywhere you go!! The folks upstairs must have had quite a few guests with children, because we could hear them walking/running all day and night. Aside from that, the unit was cozy and comfortable. "

"Quiet, fairly clean, amazingly close to the beach. Listing claimed a pull-out sofa which in reality was a not so comfortable. Some minor signs of wear and tear were apparent throughout the property; scuffed walls from chairs mostly, dirty/stained baseboards, knife cuts on the counter by the sink. Will keep this property in mind for our next vacation."

"Only problem with this condo was no bedding provided for sofa bed, master bedroom bed was very hard and uncomfortable and no instructions on how to lock condo with the combination door lock."

"The place is good although i think the house cleaners didn’t clean the place very well. The carpets still dirty because there’s a lot of spiky grass balls all over the floor and the carpet when we arrived. Most of us got hurt when we stepped on it. We got a little problem with the parking. It has only one reserved parking and we’re not allowed to use the garage.. what’s the garage for? We like the house in general. "

"This iss our second time using this location and its not our last. Love the property its very nice quiet and cozy. The indoor pool and hot tub are great when the weather takes a turn we can still relax and enjoy the pool with our kids. "
