"The property is very nice. Street is heavily trafficked. There were some issues with the property. Could not figure out to lock any of the doors other than the door to the street. The showers did not have blinds and the main bathroom door had no lock. The bedrooms also did not have black out blindsNo microwave and the exterior lights were difficult to turn off, especially the one by the laundry the stay however was pleasant enough. "

"Our stay at this house could have been perfect if it had not been for two issues. The first one has to do with the accuracy of online listing in terms of location, it seems it is by the beach or at least at a pretty close walking distance but it is not actually like that, the second issue, which is a major one, is the problem with electric power the island suffers. "We loved staying at Yellowbird! This was our 7th year renting a home on the island but first time at Yellowbird and it was a success. The house is great for large groups that also like having their own spaces and the outdoor space is beautiful - great place to hang rain or shine! Not having any beach chairs was the only disappointment as we have have been provided them at other rental homes there in the past, but all the staff and owner were communicative and kind so we'd definitely recommend...

"We had a wonderful time staying at this comfortable and well appointed house in an ideal location on the island, an easy walk into town and a pretty though small water view from the house. My only comment to potential renters is the two bedrooms in the guest house do not communicate and wouldn’t be suitable for a family with one or two small children. We were a family of all adults so it worked well for us. !"

"Blue Palms was the perfect, most relaxing vacation any of us have ever had. The house is gorgeously decorated, the furnishing very comfortable. The front porch rocking chairs were used daily despite thinking we would never sit on that side of the house. So homey rocking on the porch. The pool is just the right size and the water temp in Jan was perfect. The pink powder sand on the beach in front of the house is beautiful. Overall, this is a perfect vacation location and home."

"The house is in a private location close to the beaches. It is clean, clean and organized. The furniture is new and clean. The flooring is new and my family and i didn't walk into the hone with shoes on as it wears and tears on the flooring. The views from the second floor was exceptional. We were greeted with delicious homemade bread."
