"I do not recommend this Hotel to anyone! We had a terrible experience at Hyatt Regency. Me and my family stayed there for Christmas for 7 nights, and the hotel was fully booked. I guess they were not prepared for that, because we asked for an extra bed set for our daughter to sleep in the couch and they said they did not have any extras. Also, we had to ask more than once to get our room cleaned, and we only got that a "bit organized, not cleaned" on the 5th night, which is unacceptable for a 4...

"The hotel is in a beautiful part of Jersey City, very near the Newport Path Station and within walking distance of Hoboken. The area is very well kept and felt safe. The hotel building was well kept as well, but the actual apartment we were in needs a major update. The closet doors were falling off the hinges, the drain plug in tub as completely out and broken, mini blinds were broken and the windows have no screen or mechanism to protect one from falling out. (10th floor) "
