"For us this wasn't a vacation trip. But more of visiting a family member who's health is failing.. But for such a short notice, and no time for planning a trip. I couldn't have found a nicer place to stay. The grounds were clean and well kept, A long with the pool. Very nice condo in a very quiet neighborhood. The people were very friendly from staff to guests."

"The unit was perfect for our visit. It was cozy, comfortable, clean and updated. The exterior balcony was relaxing to sit on and enjoy morning coffee. We were able to see the final green before the clubhouse from the balcony and enjoyed the celebrations from the golfers. In addition to the complexes restaurant there are also many good restaurants in the area along with grocery stores. We look forward to renting it on our future trips to the area."

"The condo was as described and offered us more amenities than a room at PL. We had food and adult drinks that made the stay more enjoyable. When friends came over we had plenty of seating. Our host provided extra towels and blankets that were appreciated. We will return."

"Instead of getting two hotels rooms, we were able to find this 2 bedroom condo with 2 full baths and kitchen, not to mention in unit washer and dryer. Like majority of VRBOs I have stayed in, they all need a little TLC. This one overall was clean, nice pool, close to restaurants/stores and communication with property staff was easy and quick. Would definitely recommend this rental and when we are back in the Tampa area, would definitely stay again."

"Fantastic hosts all the way around, starting with Doug meeting us at the gate upon arrival and making sure we got a great parking space and were welcomed into the very clean apartment. We really enjoyed the porch, friendly neighbors, super-clean apartment and comfy bed! It's WAY closer to the clubhouse than expected --actually just diagonally across a small street It was enough space for 2 couples to share (with fold-out bed) for a couple of nights. "My husband and I spent a week here. Everything we needed was in the condo. The balcony has an amazing view of the water and the beautiful sunset. We were able to eat dinner out there almost every night. The little nature walk was a nice evening walk and for the most part the path is clear until you get to the end but it’s well worth the view. The location is nice as far as an easy trip to local things like shopping and Tarpon Springs. We would stay here again if we have the opportunity."
