"Great place to stay! The communication with the property manager was very good. The house was big enough for my husband and I, four of our adult children and some grandchildren. The bedrooms are spacious and we had enough beds and pillows for all. Our stay was in November, and we still enjoyed walking the beach, which was about a block away from the house, and watching the sunrise. "The location of the house was perfect 15 min to Rehoboth Beach. The bed was comfortable. My stay would have been better if there were hooks in the bedrooms for robes. The bathroom needed hooks as well for your towel. The tv in the livingroom was too high and the placement was awkward. "

"Very nice property. Located in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for an evening walk. The house is very cozy and was very clean. Huge fenced in back yard was perfect for our golden retriever and the kids to run around, throw football, etc. An easy drive to the DE beaches - Cape Henlopen is our beach of choice. Selina was great in communicating the check-in process and quick to respond to any communication from us. Would definitely recommend this property and would return again."
