"Very safe and quiet neighborhood. I will definitely be staying here for my yearly trip to STL. Owners were very friendly and quick to repsond when contacted. We did not have any issues with this house. Liked that it has 2 BR's that are on opposite ends of the house. House has everything you need for your stay from coffee pods to streaming TV. "

"For a house that is 125 years old it’s in great shape! The family an I enjoyed how close EVERYTHING was to this location. It has so much history in the area, and It was really convenient being able to bring our dog with us. The communication with the property manager was amazing as well. The pet fee is NOT listed while trying to book and it states no money back after booking. So in case anyone is looking to book with a pet, there is a pet fee! "

"Property was exactly as advertised. Property manager was quick to respond to inquiries. Building was quiet and the residents I ran into were friendly. WiFi was very laggy with the TV, but didn’t spend a lot of time watching anyway. Underground parking garage was a nice plus, just don’t bring a full sized truck. My midsize truck barely fit. "We were in town for a friends wedding. This place was only 12 minutes from the venue. We brought my brother and his fiance to watch our kids with us. This place was very nice with plenty of room for all of us. We played outside and had plenty of privacy. It was a 30 minute drive to the St Louis Zoo which we visited. Overall, great place and very friendly seller."
