Honestly, we did not enjoy our stay.
The breakfast was very poor with few options. The room cleaning left much to be desired. The service from the manager was terrible—she was extremely unfriendly. The room we were given had a horrible smell of cigarette mixed with dampness. I could barely sleep the first night because I felt nauseous.
We asked to change rooms, and the manager, still very unpleasant, gave us another room in the same condition. We requested to move again—even if it had to be on another day—to a higher floor where there would be more sunlight, but she didn’t care about us at all.
We only didn’t switch hotels because we had prepaid the entire stay through Expedia, which was a big issue since we couldn’t cancel or get a refund.
In short, it was a regrettable experience. We will never stay at this hotel chain again.
