"Big house with room for lots of people adults and kids. Great location on lake basically all by yourself. We kayaked across the lake and hiked around it. Many other hiking trails in the area. Great history in all directions. Easy access to skiing and the ocean. "

"Our extended family loves Marie's place! The cousins love soending alone time in the kid cabins, and the dining room table is great for a rousing game of Monopoly Go. Nice huge TV makes movie nights fun, and the pool can't be beat. Thanks for a great visit!"

"It was a GREAT location, one of only two hotels on Ocean Drive. the grounds were amazing. The building is falling apart a little, there is deferred maintenance, but the room was clean, the staff was Wonderful. we had a view of the ocean, the hot tub was hot, the coffee and breakfast muffins were great. It is what it is and there is SO much to see in Newport that you shouldnt be spending much time in the room. "

"Beautiful home lots of functional space for eight different couples fun space for games. We had a catered dinner, which worked out really nice in the space. Wonderful host. Highly recommend."

"The pictures on the site and descriptions were completely accurate. Michelle is a fantastic host and very responsive. I was so impressed with the property that I sent Michelle a note to let her know how happy we all were with our stay. The location could not be better. The sunrise from the master bedroom is stunning. I highly recommend this property and Michelle as a host."

"We visited to celebrate a birthday. The space was perfect for the 4 of us. The location was great as well, walking distance to downtown. We all enjoyed ourselves and loved the decor and snacks left by the host. They even left a birthday present for our friend! We will definitely be back!"

"The property was great the sense that’s beautiful kayaking on the salt pond was terrific. It was very clean and up-to-date. Would absolutely Recommended it ,we stayed two weeks😊"

"Caitlin and Chris’ place is cozy, tranquil and situated in beautiful area. You can easily walk into town or drive to other great locations such as Stonnington, Westerly and Newport. This was our third or fourth time staying with them and have never been disappointed. It is so nice to stay during the off season. We look forward to staying here in the spring. I highly recommend this place. "

"I booked this trip to celebrate my engagement with family and friends. The house was beautiful and in an amazing location with lots of privacy. The host was super nice and helpful and very responsive to our questions. We were able to put up a tent in the yard with plenty of room as well. We would definitely recommend this house to others, for the location, home itself, and amazing hosts. "

"Room number 20-100 Directors suite. Very comfortable, clean over and under. Comfortable bed with quality linen’s. We travel with a blue UV light and everything including but not limited to switch plate covers, remote controls, toilet ect were clean. When you find a room in this condition , it provides piece of mind that you’re getting what you pay for. Kudos to your house cleaning crew Fox Woods. Unfortunately this is not the Foxwoods that we remember from numerous times staying there. ...

"The hotel itself is nice, but my room was not cleaned, only after I complained at the front desk. One day I complained after 5 pm, and it got cleaned, but very poorly. The next day I complained again, but this time no one came. Terrible service, especially for a Marriott."
