"Truly an amazing stay for our family! The interior of this home had a calm and cool ambience; perfect for a much-needed getaway. Each bedroom hosted it's own air conditioning unit that did keep the whole house cool in this crazy heat. The stunning pool is the heart of this home! "The cottage met all our needs. It is nestled between two marinas and in a quiet neighborhood. It is small but very efficient. One of the marinas has a small restaurant for breakfast and lunch and the owner of the restaurant is super friendly. Sitting out on the deck in the warm sun was lovely. We enjoyed our stay. "

"Clean and quaint - nicely renovated. Beautifully furnished and decorated, very comfortable. Dog friendly is a real plus. Owner was very responsive to a few minor things. The location near Matunick Beach is convenient and the views from the upper deck out over the marina are fantastic. We had a full house with family for JWU graduation weekend and could not have been more pleased. It would be a great destination for extended family with the other two cottages on the property. "Had a wonderful time. Caroline was an amazing host. House is easy walk to beach and the beach cart and chairs provided were so helpful. Nice private ish yard and plenty of space to store outdoor beach stuff such as boards and chairs. This is a newer rental so we just recommend a few things such as outdoor table with umbrella, a privacy solution for the shower, and a few more kitchen items. Overall this is a wonderful beach house to rent for a long weekend! Thank you!"
