"A stunning and beautiful situation and location. The hosts Garrett and Kaia were so pleasant to deal with and very helpful. They made suggestions as to sights to see and good places to eat, going so far as to even picking up a meal for us. There was plenty of room at this location for all of our family and each member had their own room. Out grand children greatly enjoyed the animal life both domestic and wild. "We arrive around 9:30pm, everywhere pitch black, but the house felt warm and welcoming, right away. After the sunrise we definitely appreciated the views of the house, the grounds and generosity of the owners, regarding the fruits of their orchard, all were great. The outdoor hot tub, and the private sauna were also, delightful and very soothing. The local scene in Honoka'a is limited in terms of things to do, but all around nature is the star. "My three adult children, spouses, and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at this house. It was exactly as described: isolated, welcoming, relaxing. The large lanai was ideal for sipping morning coffee while watching the ocean. We enjoyed meals and playing cards at the large dining table. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was spacious, and everything was very clean. Bring earplugs as the roosters and cows are noisy before 5 AM. There is no ceiling fan in Bedroom #4. "

"Rachel’s quaint on-site guest house is a peaceful retreat on the Hamakua Coast, magnificent lanai and ocean view. The vintage house has had some updates and is fairly comfortable and reasonably stocked, wry clean. Rachel was a delight to meet, and very quietly respectful of our property. "Our stay was absolutely perfect. Noelani thought of everything and was always available. The home had everything we needed. The view is incredible. The yard, the pool, slide, hot tub… We rode horses for a couple of days at Kahua Ranch, traveled mauka to makai on UTVs, and chilled at the house the rest of the time. We loved the birds, the frogs, and the mongoose. It was an excellent visit and we will definitely be booking Waipio Heaven again. "

"I arrived a little late due to car rental events. It was so nice of them to call to see if I was ok and still coming. I had been in Kukuihaele a couple of other times. Buzz met me when I arrived.
